Service Technician 1 - Maintenance
Full Time: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, On-Call Weekend Rotation After Training (Typically 6 Months)
General Purpose:
The Service Technician I is responsible for assisting with the maintenance of common areas and residential units, as well as providing quality customer service.

Customer Service:
Responsible for effectively meeting customer needs by carrying out established customer service and guest relations protocols. This includes maintaining a high degree of responsive and friendly service, taking responsibility for customer satisfaction.

Follows departmental safety practices and contributes to a safe work environment for co-workers. Reports unsafe conditions and corrects them in a timely manner.

Essential Duties:
- Responsible for minor repairs in residential units, common areas, and mechanical areas.
- Grounds cleaning.
- Painting of residential units.
- Attends required education and training annually.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- GED or High School Diploma.
- HVAC Required
- Minimum of five years of experience (stable job history preferred).
- Clear background check, drug test, and TB tests.
- Candidates must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and be available to work holidays and weekends.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
- Weekend availability.
- Ability to commute/relocate: Roswell, GA 30075 (Required).
