St. George Village, a premier retirement community in Roswell, Georgia, is seeking a professional, customer-focused Concierge/Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, helping create a welcoming and supportive environment throughout our community.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude, professional appearance, and commitment to excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative, hospitality, customer service, healthcare, or senior living environment
Experience operating a multi-line phone system preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
Ability to make independent decisions while following established policies and procedures
Experience with emergency response procedures, fire alarm systems, or security systems is preferred but not required
Essential Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
Greet residents, visitors, vendors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner
Respond to resident and customer requests, concerns, and inquiries
Assist with administrative and clerical duties as assigned
Monitor building security and visitor access procedures
Respond appropriately to emergency situations following community protocols
Maintain accurate records and communications
Support team members and contribute to a positive workplace environment
