St. George Village is looking for a experienced Floor Technician and Housekeeper with nursing home or hospital experience. . We are located in Roswell Ga which is north of Atlanta and off of Holcomb Bridge Rd. We are not on a bus line.

Must be able to work Full Time Monday through Friday 7:30-4:00 and rotating weekends.

Floor Technician duties include:

• Stripping and waxing of floors.
• Cleaning carpets.
• General cleaning including windows.
• Maintain refuse rooms, trash shoots and all elevators.
• Transports trash to main dumpster.
• Maintain all entrances, exits, common grounds of the facility.
• All other duties as assigned.

Candidate would need to possess a professional appearance, caring and compassionate demeanor, as well be attentive and observant, positive attitude, be willing to work in a team setting.

Requirements:

• GED or High School Diploma
• Candidate needs to have one year related experience and/or training.
