Shifts Available: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Skilled Living) and 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

As an LPN at St. George Village, you will play a key role in leading care delivery within your neighborhood. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Resident-Centered Care: Administer medications, manage individualized care plans, and assess resident health conditions.

  • Leadership: Supervise and support CNAs, ensuring consistent, compassionate, and safe care.

  • Collaboration: Partner with physicians, therapists, and families to coordinate care and advocate for residents.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure documentation, policies, and safety standards are followed consistently.

  • Communication: Serve as a key liaison between residents, families, and the healthcare team.

  • Team Engagement: Help orient and mentor new staff, contribute to scheduling, and foster a collaborative work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • License: Current Georgia LPN License

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or a similar setting

  • Skills: Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills; able to read, write, and follow instructions in English

  • Certifications: Current CPR certification

  • Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends or evenings

Qualifications Snapshot:

  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills (overseeing 2–6 non-exempt employees)

  • Ability to collaborate, solve problems, and adapt to change in a dynamic healthcare setting

  • Comfortable using EMR systems and performing medication administration audits
