What You’ll Do

Lead & Manage the Sales Cycle

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, sales strategies, and competitive positioning.

Drive Growth & Outreach

  • Represent the community at networking functions, events, and presentations.

  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to implement sales campaigns, digital initiatives, events, and targeted outreach efforts.

Execute Sales Events & Lead Generation Activities

  • Plan and orchestrate open houses, tours, seminars, and community events.

  • Partner with internal teams to create memorable experiences that convert prospects into residents.

  • Ensure all sales materials, presentations, and communications reflect the brand and deliver a strong value message.

Manage Reporting & Systems

  • Maintain accurate and organized records within the CRM system.

  • Prepare sales reports, occupancy updates, and lead metrics for leadership.

  • Monitor inventory, anticipated move-outs, and upcoming openings to proactively manage pipeline needs.

Build Strong Internal & External Relationships

  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure a seamless, positive experience for prospects and new residents.

  • Support a culture of hospitality and teamwork community-wide.

  • Coordinate closely with operations, construction, and onboarding teams to ensure units are ready and transitions go smoothly.

Additional Leadership Responsibilities

  • Participate in hiring, training, and supporting new sales team members.

  • Provide feedback, coaching, and performance guidance as needed.

  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, enhance customer experience, and streamline internal coordination.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred OR equivalent combination of experience and training.

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, senior living, hospitality, real estate, or related field.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze data, track goals, and present information to leadership.

  • Comfort with CRM systems and sales-based reporting.

  • Ability to solve problems, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities.

  • Warm, professional, and empathetic approach with prospects, families, and team members.
